Qualify as you work through a Registered Medical Orthotist and Prosthetist – Roger launches HPCSA Accredited Training for staff
Staff qualify with HPCSA accreditation through Roger Wolfson
The passing on of knowledge and expertise to an apprentice or protege is part of Roger’s drive to ensure that such skills are preserved and utilized going forward as well as to offer the benefits of free training while you work to his staff.
Coaching and Mentoring
History dictates that throughout all societies, certain individuals would invest their personal time to help others achieve more. This is known as coaching and mentoring and even the Greek philosophers such as Socrates and Plato considered the transmission of knowledge and experience to be a moral duty. Whereas numerous historical relationships in other disciplines like psychology and music also bear the mark of coach and mentor with the likes of Haydn and Beethoven and Freud and Jung.
Socrates maintained that knowledge is the most valuable commodity an individual can possess and as a consequence should be shared for the good of the community.
Similarly, mentoring with Roger has further merits in that the training is recognised and accredited through the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA).
It is therefore through this accreditation and with the help of Roger’s expert coaching and mentoring skills that Terry Sharman, Lamination Technician at Roger Wolfson and Associates and Sebelo Mlambo, Laboratory Team ‘student’ are both in the process of completing their certificates in Technical Orthotics and Prosthetics through the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA).
Sebelo is the student of the laboratory team and is a valuable team member who is absorbing everything he can in learning from the experts at Roger Wolfson and Associates. He is also currently working towards completing his Certificate in Technical Orthotics and Prosthetics through the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA).
